1. There is a falling phenomenon in the production process, which means that only the crystal oscillator causes excessive external impact, because the crystal oscillator chip is relatively thin and needs to be handled with light.
2. When the crystal oscillator is welded to the circuit board, the welding temperature may be too high, resulting in poor crystal oscillator.
3. Virtual welding occurs during the welding process, that is, false welding, so that the crystal oscillator is not energized.
4. After the crystal is welded, the solder is connected to the line, causing a short circuit.
5. In the leak detection process, the quartz crystal resonator is prone to the phenomenon of touching the shell under the pressure of alcohol, that is, the chip and the shell are prone to touch each other when vibrating, so that the crystal is prone to no vibration or stop vibration when vibrating;
In the pressure seal, the crystal internal requirements of vacuum filling nitrogen, if the pressure seal is not good, that is, the crystal sealing is not good, under the condition of alcohol pressure, its performance is leakage, called double leakage, will also lead to stop vibration.
